License
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, BS4U Software grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use the purchased product on the number of websites permitted by the selected plan.
Renewals and updates
Annual licenses provide updates and support during the active subscription period. Explain automatic renewal, cancellation timing, grace periods, and what continues to function after expiration.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for backups, secure administration, lawful data collection, compatible hosting, testing on staging, timely software updates, and compliance with privacy and communications laws.
Prohibited use
Products may not be used to violate law, compromise another system, collect prohibited data, send unlawful messages, bypass licensing controls, or misrepresent BS4U Software.
Warranty and liability
Software is provided under the warranties expressly stated in the final agreement. Define disclaimers, service limitations, exclusions, and liability caps with counsel.
